AnnouncementsHousing costs are not included in the price of the registration. There are several options for housing on and off the meeting site. When planning for accommodations, be aware that both the preconference workshops and the welcome reception will be on June 29th, and the banquet will be held the evening of July 2, at the end of the conference.

In the event that you are going to arrive before 7:00am or after 10:00pm please call our 24 hour housing hotline at: 1- 603-862-2491 upon your arrival to the area (e.g., when you arrive in Boston).
Please report to Congreve Hall for housing check in. Congreve Hall is located at the corner of Main Street and Edgewood Road in Durham New Hampshire. Check in at Congreve Hall is for housing only. To check in and register for the conference please report to the Holloway Conference Center.
